The evil turnip is a special food item in RuneScape 3. It is a strange vegetable grown from an evil turnip seed at the patch by Draynor Manor. Growing one needs level 42 Farming, and picking it gives 46 Farming experience.
Each evil turnip heals 641 life points per bite. It has three bites, so one turnip heals 1,923 life points in total. This makes it a cheap and handy food for training or long trips.
The evil turnip has more uses than healing. Players can carve it with a knife to make a carved evil turnip. The carved turnip is used in Summoning to call an evil turnip familiar. The turnip can also be disassembled for Invention. It gives materials like Organic parts, Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.
Evil turnips can also come from spirit implings and the Soul Wars Reward Shop. This is a members item. It is tradeable, noteable, and edible, and it weighs almost nothing at 0.009 kg. It is a good pick for players who want low-cost food or need carved turnips for Summoning.
