This is a tier 70 power armour piece. It gives 298.7 armour, a damage bonus of 26.2, and a prayer bonus of 2. It also gives 2.1% damage reduction in PvP. It has less defence than Ahrim's robe top, but it adds a magic bonus that boosts your spells.
The garb drops from K'ril Tsutsaroth and his minions, so getting one on your own can take many kills. It can also be disassembled, and it always gives one Zamorak component. Players with 80 Ritual can use it as the focus of the greater ensoul material ritual to make greater ensouled cloth.
The lore says Razulei made these robes for Zamorak in the Infernal Dimensions. They were filled with cruelty to test his followers. After Zamorak was banished, his loyal mages could use the robes' power without harm. It is a strong pick for any mid-level mage build.
