Description

The Gargoyle scroll (Hammer Rock) is a summoning scroll in RuneScape 3. It is used to cast Hammer Rock, the special move of the gargoyle familiar. You need 75 Summoning to use it, and a gargoyle familiar must be active.

When you use the scroll, your next mining swing deals 50% more damage. Each cast uses one scroll and 10 special move points, or 8 points with a spirit cape. Each cast also gives 1 Summoning experience. This makes the scroll a handy pick for players who want to mine faster and get more from each swing.

The scroll is tradeable, stackable, and weighs nothing. Your gargoyle familiar can hold up to 500 scrolls at a time, and you can take them out or store them through the familiar interface. The familiar cannot fire stored scrolls on its own.

Players who train Invention can also disassemble these scrolls. It takes 10 scrolls per disassembly and gives 2.2 Invention experience. Possible materials are spiritual parts, crafted parts, and powerful components. This item is for members only and was added to the game on 30 March 2020.
