The Gift Wrap Scythe is a rare holiday weapon in RuneScape 3. It is a fabulously festive scythe covered in gift wrap. It looks a lot like the Christmas scythe from 2014. Players love it as a fun cosmetic item to show off during the holidays or all year long.
This scythe first came out in the Santa's Grotto Treasure Hunter promotion in December 2021. It also came back in the Purple Christmas Present during the 2022 Christmas event. Since it is no longer given out, it is a rare collectible.
As a weapon, it is a tier 1 melee item with no combat requirements. It uses the slash style, has 110 accuracy, and 22.4 ability damage. Any player can equip it, even new accounts. It is a free-to-play item.
The Gift Wrap Scythe is tradeable, lendable, and noteable. Ironman Mode players can also buy it on the Grand Exchange, thanks to an update from December 2022. If you want a rare festive weapon for your RS3 account, this scythe is a great pick.
