Description

Gin is an alcoholic drink in RuneScape 3. It is a strong spirit that tastes of juniper. When you drink it, it raises your Strength by up to 5 levels, lowers your Attack by up to 4 levels, and heals 200 life points. This makes it a cheap way to boost Strength before a fight or training session.

Gin is also a key ingredient in gnome cocktails. You can use it to make the Mixed Blizzard, the Mixed Blurberry Special, and the Mixed Dragon. Players training the Cooking skill with gnome cooking often need a steady supply of it.

In the game, gin can be bought from Heckel Funch at the Grand Tree in the Gnome Stronghold, from Bart at The Last Call in the City of Um, and from Jossik at the Lighthouse. It also drops from some monsters on Uncharted Isles.

Gin is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It weighs 1 kg. It can be disassembled for Invention, giving mostly Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. It was added to the game on 12 December 2002.
