Description

Harralander incense sticks are a Firemaking item in RuneScape 3. When burned, they raise the rate your run energy comes back while resting. Each potency level adds a 25% boost, up to a 100% boost at level 4 potency.

Each stick lasts 10 minutes. The potency goes up one level every 10 minutes, and you can burn more sticks to keep the timer going, up to 60 minutes. If you want the full effect right away, you can overload with six sticks to jump straight to level 4 potency.

These sticks are made by adding a clean harralander to impious oak incense sticks. You need level 20 Firemaking to make them and only level 1 Firemaking to use them. At level 71 Firemaking you can run two incense effects at once, and at level 95 you can run three.

Harralander incense sticks are members only, tradeable, and stackable. They weigh nothing, so they take up little space. They can also be disassembled for Invention materials like Organic parts, Simple parts, and rarer components. This makes them a handy pick for skilling, questing, or any activity where you rest and need your run energy back fast.
