Description

The Invention potion (4) is a four dose potion in RuneScape 3. Each dose boosts your Invention level by 3. This helps you use higher level Invention perks, tools, and machines before you reach the real level. It is a members only item.

Players make this potion with the Herblore skill. It needs level 77 Herblore and uses clean snapdragon and Chinchompa residue. Making one gives 175 Herblore experience. You can also upgrade it into a Super invention potion by adding spider fangs at level 87 Herblore. If you use six or more doses with a potion flask, you can make an Invention flask.

The potion is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to store and move. It weighs only 0.02 kg. You can also disassemble it for materials. It often gives Delicate parts, Organic parts, or Crafted parts. It can also give Enhancing components or Healthy components. The base junk chance is 3.4%, and research in the Invention skill can lower that.

This potion is a solid pick for players who train Invention or want a quick level boost for their gear and gadgets.
