Description
The RS3 kebab is a food item in RuneScape 3. It heals a random amount of life points when you eat it. Most of the time it heals about 10% of your total life points. Sometimes it heals more. On a lucky bite, it can also boost your Attack, Strength, and Defence by 2 levels.
The kebab has a risky side too. It can do nothing at all. It can also lower your stats. It may drop Attack, Strength, and Defence by 3 levels, or lower one other skill by 3. Eating a kebab at full health will not heal you, so it is best to eat one when you are hurt.
With a high Constitution level and the right boosts, a kebab can heal a huge amount in one bite. This makes it one of the strongest one-bite foods a free-to-play player can use, even if big heals are rare.
Kebabs are cheap and fun. Players like them as a low-cost way to heal on a budget, or just to test their luck. In-game, they can be bought from Karim in Al Kharid, and members can also get them from Kjut in Keldagrim.
