Description

The king worm is a members-only food item in RuneScape 3. When eaten, it heals 200 life points. It is a gnome delicacy and a key part of Gnome cooking.

King worms are used to make worm-based foods. These include the worm batta, the worm crunchy, and the worm bowl. Some recipes need one worm, while others need up to four. Cooks who want to train Gnome cooking will need a good stock of these worms.

King worms are also needed for some quests and activities. They can be a required item in A Fairy Tale I - Growing Pains. They are also used in the Housing of Parliament activity.

In the game, players can get king worms by pickpocketing gnomes with level 75 Thieving. They also spawn on the ground in the swamp near the Grand Tree. Some gnome monsters drop them too.

King worms are tradeable and noteable, so they are easy to store and move. They can also be disassembled, and they most often give Organic parts. Each worm weighs only 0.12 kg, so a full stack stays light.
