Description

The lychee seed is a Farming seed in RuneScape 3. You can plant it in a bush patch to grow a lychee bush. You need level 111 Farming to plant it. Each patch takes one seed.

The bush takes 6 hours and 40 minutes to grow. Planting the seed gives 720 Farming XP. Checking the fully grown bush gives 7,049.7 XP. Each lychee you pick gives 601.4 XP. A grown bush can hold up to four lychees at a time, and it slowly grows more after you pick them.

Lychees are useful fruits. You can eat one raw to heal 1,950 life points. You can also crush lychees to make primal fruit pulp. To protect your bush from disease, you can pay a farmer 4 ciku fruit. This drops to 3 with the tree farmer outfit or 2 with the master farmer outfit.

There are bush patches west of the Champions Guild, in Rimmington, and south of Ardougne with no requirements. More patches are in southwest Etceteria and the Crwys clan district if you meet the quest requirements. The seed is tradeable and stackable, so it is easy to store and use.
