The Memory dowser is an off-hand skilling item for Divination in RuneScape 3. You need level 80 Divination to use it. It drops from The Gate of Elidinis skilling boss at a rate of 1 in 480. It is members-only, tradeable, and weighs 1.0 kg.

The dowser has a passive effect called Memory Attraction. It lets you gather memories from wisps up to 7 game squares away. When you stand within 2 squares of an energy rift, your memories are converted at the rift on their own. You also get a 15% chance for double memories and 15 extra seconds on energy springs. The spring bonus stacks with the Divination cape perk.

The dowser works like the Divine Conversion relic power but has lower requirements. It boosts profit by about 20% per hour when a rift converts memories into divine energy. With good gear and levels, players can expect around 40,000 energy per hour. It does not give any benefit in the Hall of Memories. This item is a strong pick for players who want faster and easier Divination training.
