Nuts are an item in RuneScape 3 that you can buy from pet shops. The Pet Shop owners in Taverley and Yanille sell them. Their main use is to feed squirrels.

Nuts are also a cooking ingredient. You need them to make a banana pizza. To do this, use nuts along with curry leaf, cooked chicken, and sliced bananas on a plain pizza. Nuts can also be used at a foiling station with dried grapes to make fruit and nut chocolate.

Nuts are a free-to-play item, so every player can use them. They are tradeable and noteable, and they cannot be equipped. Each nut weighs only 0.002 kg, so a stack will not slow you down.

Players who train Invention can disassemble nuts. Each nut gives 0.1 Disassembly XP with a base junk chance of 98.9 percent. They often give Simple parts and rarely give Variable components.
