The 'Party' title scroll is a rare item from RuneScape 3. Reading the scroll unlocks the Party title for your character. Once you read it, the scroll is destroyed after a confirmation prompt. You cannot read it again after the title is unlocked.

This scroll came from blue balloons during the 300 Million Party event in August 2022. It was in the game from 8 August 2022 until 4 September 2022. Since the event is over, the scroll can no longer be earned in game. That makes it a nice pick for players who missed the event or who collect rare items.

The scroll is free-to-play, so members and non-members can both use it. It is tradeable and noteable. It cannot be equipped, stacked, disassembled, or alchemised.
