The Portent of restoration VIII is a healing item in RuneScape 3. It works on its own while it sits in your inventory. When your life points drop below half, the portent activates and heals 1500 life points. You need level 80 Constitution for it to work.
This portent is great for tough fights. It heals you even while you are stunned, so it can save you when you cannot eat food. It has a short cooldown of 5 seconds between uses. It will not activate if you lower your own life points with Shadow Tendrils, Smoke Tendrils, or Blood Tendrils.
Players make this portent with level 75 Divination. It takes 50 lustrous energy and 1 shark, or 6 memory shards, and gives 15.5 Divination experience. It can also drop from sources like Divine implings, Divine impling jars, and Divine fire spirits.
The portent can be disassembled for Invention materials. It gives 3 materials from the Signs, portents, and divine locations group, most often Magic parts, with a chance of Crafted parts or Ethereal components.
