These planks are used to make acadia frames. It takes 3 refined acadia planks to build 1 acadia frame. Making a frame also needs Construction level 50 and gives 279 experience. Frames are part of the work to upgrade buildings at Fort Forinthry, so refined planks are a key step for players training Construction there.
Buying refined acadia planks saves time and effort. Players skip the work of gathering acadia logs, turning them into planks, and refining them at the sawmill. That means more time spent building and gaining experience.
The item is tradeable and noteable. It cannot be equipped and does not stack. Each plank weighs 0.8 kg. Refined acadia planks can also be disassembled for Simple parts, with a small chance of Variable components. The item was added to the game on 19 June 2023.
