Description
The Reprisal ability codex is an item in RuneScape 3 that unlocks the Reprisal ability. You can read the codex at any level, but you need level 85 Constitution to use the ability. The codex is a rare drop from Telos, the Warden, a level 2,000 boss. It is tradeable and can be turned into a note.
Reprisal is a threshold Constitution ability. It costs 15% adrenaline and has a 60 second cooldown. No special gear is needed. When you use it, the ability tracks all damage you take for up to 6 seconds. Then it hits your target back for 100% of the damage stored, up to a cap of 10,000. The hit has a much higher chance to land.
Reprisal even stores self-inflicted and typeless damage. That means abilities like Shadow Tendrils and hits from Nex's ice prisons add to its power. Unlike Transfigure, Reprisal does not bind or stun you. You can keep using other abilities while it stores damage. This makes it a strong pick for bossing and high damage fights.
