Description
The Ring of Life is a piece of jewellery in RuneScape 3 that can save your character from death. When your life points drop below 10%, the ring teleports you to your chosen respawn point. It also cures any poison when it activates. The ring works one time and then it is destroyed. It must be equipped for the effect to work.
The teleport happens right away, and incoming attacks do no damage during the short teleport animation. After you land, damage over time effects are cleared. The ring will not work if you are teleport blocked, stunned, or past level 30 in the Wilderness. It also fails in areas that block teleports, such as fights with Telos.
Players who finish the medium Ardougne achievements can set the ring to teleport them to Ardougne instead. The ring has no combat stat requirements and almost no weight, so any player can wear it. It is also needed for The Curse of Arrav quest, its Dimension of Disaster version, and two hard emote clues. This ring is a smart pick for risky training spots, quests, and boss fights where one bad hit could end your trip.
