The Shadow Gem Pernix Token is a tradeable token in RuneScape 3. When you claim it, you unlock the full Shadow Gem Pernix Outfit override. This is a cosmetic look that changes how your character appears in game.

The outfit has 5 pieces. You get the Shadow Gem Pernix Cowl, Body, Chaps, Gloves, and Boots. The token unlocks all 5 pieces at once, so there is no need to collect them one by one. The outfit is not recolourable and will not show in PvP areas. Free-to-play players can use it too.

The token itself is easy to keep. It stacks in your bank, weighs nothing, and is always kept on death. It cannot be worn, noted, or disassembled. Its item ID is 56778.

This token first came from Treasure Hunter during the Crystal Capsules promotion. It was also available during the 2025 Christmas event from Santa's Christmas Presents.
