The Slayer's staff is an old and magical staff in RuneScape 3. You need level 50 Magic and level 55 Slayer to wield it. It is the staff you must hold to cast the Slayer Dart spell, which makes it a key tool for Slayer training.
This is a Tier 50 Magic weapon for the main hand slot. It has 850 accuracy and 720 ability damage. It uses a spell-casting style with a range of 8 and average attack speed. It gives no armour or defensive bonus.
The Slayer's staff is a members item. It is tradeable, equipable, and can be turned into a note. In the game, Slayer Masters sell it for 21,000 coins. Players can also get it by pickpocketing H.A.M. Members after finishing the right quest and capers.
The staff can also be taken apart with Invention. It gives 16.5 disassembly XP and 12 materials per staff. It can yield Stave parts, Magic parts, Padded parts, Powerful components, and Imbued components. The base junk chance is 39.5%. If you plan to fight Kurasks with magic, this staff matters, since only Slayer Dart works on them while it is wielded.
