Description
The summer pie is a top food item in RuneScape 3. Each pie heals up to 2,374 life points, boosts your Agility by 5 levels, and restores 40% of your run energy. A pie has two bites, and each bite heals up to 1,187 life points and gives back 20% run energy. You need level 95 Constitution to get the full healing.
Summer pies are fast food. You can take one bite every 0.6 seconds. Sharks take 1.8 seconds per bite, so summer pies heal you much faster over time.
The Agility boost makes these pies great for Agility training. The boost drops about one level per minute and lasts around 5 minutes. It can also restore Agility levels lowered by traps, like the dart traps in the Brimhaven Agility Arena. The boost does not stack with an agility potion or a god banner.
Summer pies are also handy when fighting the Chaos Elemental. They are quick to eat, and each one leaves a pie dish behind. This stops the elemental from unequipping your armour. Making these pies yourself takes level 95 Cooking, so buying them saves a lot of time.
