It also restores 47% plus 130.5 more points over 6 minutes.

At 99 Prayer, one dose gives 317 Prayer points instantly and 595 more over time. That is 912 points in total, or 962 with a holy wrench. Since one flask does two jobs, it saves inventory space on long trips like bossing or Slayer tasks.

Players also drink a dose right before starting a Dungeoneering run, since the effect carries over into Daemonheim. This gives a strong start, especially in 5:5 large floors.

The potion can be made at level 96 Herblore by mixing a prayer potion (4) and a prayer renewal (4) in a crystal flask after buying the recipe for 750,000 coins from Lady Meilyr. It is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It weighs only 0.06 kg.
