Description
The Teasing stick is a Hunter tool in RuneScape 3. You use it to poke and anger animals so they chase you into a pitfall trap. You can start using it this way at Hunter level 31. It is needed to catch the spined larupia, horned graahk, and sabre-toothed kyatt.
The stick has a second use. Starting at Hunter level 27, you can use it to flush rabbits out of their burrows for rabbit snaring. This works on white rabbits and jackalopes.
The Teasing stick is a members item. It is tradeable and noteable, but you cannot equip it. It weighs 0.453 kg. It can also come from a Hunter kit. The examine text says it reduces the risk of hand severage when poking large, vicious carnivores.
The stick can be disassembled with Invention. One stick gives 8 materials and 0.3 XP, with a base junk chance of 98.9%. Possible materials are Base parts, Blade parts, Metallic parts, Sharp components, and Dextrous components.
If you want to train Hunter with pitfall traps or catch rabbits, this tool is a must-have.
