Torstol incense sticks are a members only item in RuneScape 3 that boost your XP gain. Each potency level gives a 0.5% multiplicative increase to XP, up to a max of 2% at level 4. The potency level goes up every 10 minutes while the incense is lit.

When you light a stick, the buff lasts 10 minutes. Lighting more sticks adds 10 minutes each, up to a cap of 60 minutes. You can also overload by using six sticks at once. This gives you max potency right away.
