Tracking gloves are tier 85 ranged tank gloves in RuneScape 3. They are the best non-degradable ranged tanking gloves in the game. Only Tempest gloves rank higher for ranged tanking. You need level 85 Defence to wear them.
These gloves are made for players who want to take less damage while using ranged gear. They give 108.9 armour, a 425 life points bonus, and 1.7% PvM damage reduction. They share stats with the superior Death Lotus tekoh, but tracking gloves never degrade. That means no repair costs and no lost stats over time.
The gloves drop from Automaton Generators in the Guthixian temple. You must finish The World Wakes quest to enter that area. The magic version is the static gloves, and the melee version is the pneumatic gloves.
The examine text says the gloves will improve your aim, but that is just a joke. They are pure defence gloves and give no accuracy or damage bonus. If you want strong, long-lasting hand armour for a ranged tank build, tracking gloves are a smart pick.
