Description
The Unholy Symbol is a silver necklace from RuneScape 3 that carries the power of Zamorak. It is a members-only item. When worn, it gives a Prayer bonus of 8. It has no level requirements to wear, so any player can put it on. It gives no armour, damage, or accuracy bonuses.
This symbol is great for players who train Prayer or use prayers in combat. It also helps in the God Wars Dungeon. There it counts as Zamorak equipment, so Zamorak monsters will not attack the wearer. This makes trips to the dungeon safer and easier.
The item has fun effects in Castle Wars too. Wearing it in the Saradomin waiting room turns the player into a rabbit. Entering the Guthix portal while wearing it turns the player into a sheep until the next game starts.
Players can craft this item with level 17 Crafting, but only after finishing the Observatory Quest. Buying one skips that quest work, since no quest is needed just to wear it. The symbol is tradeable, noteable, and very light at 0.007 kg. It can also be disassembled as jewellery for Invention parts.
