The unicorn stallion pouch is a Summoning pouch in RuneScape 3. It is used to summon the unicorn stallion, a healing familiar. You need level 88 Summoning to use it. The familiar stays with you for 64 minutes and costs 90 Summoning points to summon.
The unicorn stallion is great for players who want extra healing. It can cure poison with a right-click ability that costs 2 Summoning points each time. Its special move, Healing Aura, heals 10% of your maximum life points when you use a Unicorn Stallion scroll.
The pouch can also be turned into scrolls. Using it on a Summoning obelisk gives you ten Healing Aura scrolls. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district in Prifddinas, you get 12 scrolls per pouch instead.
The unicorn stallion can fight too. It is a level 105 defensive familiar with 9,800 life points. It fights in passive mode by default, but you can order it to attack.
The pouch is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to move and store. It is a smart pick for bossing, Slayer tasks, and any fight where extra healing helps.
