The Visage of the First Necromancer is a tier 95 Necromancy power helmet in RuneScape 3. It is made by joining Misalionar's death mask with a Crown of the First Necromancer. You can split it back into both parts at any time. You need level 95 Necromancy and level 95 Defence to wear it. It is a members-only item.
The visage gives 491.6 armour and a 23.7 Necromancy damage bonus. Its best trait is the Veil Breach passive. This makes the visage count as 2 pieces of the Robes of the First Necromancer set. The set effect caps at 5 pieces, so you can drop one robe piece and wear something else. Many players swap the hand wraps for cinderbane gloves or a deathtouch bracelet.
The set effect is strong for conjure builds. Each piece worn, up to 5, boosts the basic attack damage of your conjured spirits by 7%. This also boosts the healing from Conjure Vengeful Ghost. With 4 or more pieces, each piece also makes your conjures last 5% longer. This helmet is a top pick for any high-level Necromancy setup.
