Description
The White kiteshield is a members-only shield in RuneScape 3. It is a White Knight item worn in the shield slot. It gives 76.2 armour and a +1 Prayer bonus. It also gives 2.5% damage reduction against monsters. This makes it a step up from the black kiteshield, which has the same stats but no Prayer bonus.
To wield the White kiteshield, a player needs 25 Defence and must complete the Wanted! quest. It is a tier 25 melee shield.
In the game, players can buy this shield from Sir Vyvin in Falador. That takes the Adept rank with the White Knights, which means killing at least 800 Black Knights after the quest. The shield is also tradeable, so players can get it from other players instead. Like all white armour, it cannot be smithed.
The White kiteshield is a good pick for low-level members who want solid melee defence with a small Prayer boost. It also matches the rest of the white armour set for players who like the White Knight look. The shield weighs about 5.4 kg and can be disassembled for Knightly components.
