The Yew frame is a Construction material in RuneScape 3. It is a structural frame for a building made from refined yew planks. Players use it to put up buildings at Fort Forinthry.

Making a yew frame takes level 70 Construction. It is crafted at a woodworking bench from 3 refined yew planks and gives 432 Construction experience. Each frame used at Fort Forinthry adds 2,880 base experience to a building and adds 16 base batches of progress toward finishing it.

Yew frames are needed for some big Fort Forinthry projects. The Tier 2 Botanist's Workbench uses 8 frames. The Tier 2 Command Centre uses 26 frames. The Tier 3 Workshop uses 48 frames. Buying frames means players can skip the long job of making planks, refining them, and crafting each frame by hand.

The Yew frame is a members only item. It is tradeable and can be noted, so it is easy to move and store. It is not stackable and weighs 0.8 kg. It can also be disassembled for parts. With a stock of yew frames ready, players can push their fort buildings and Construction levels forward fast.
