Description
The Young impling jar is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. It holds a young impling caught in the Impetuous Impulses minigame. Catching one needs level 22 Hunter and an empty impling jar. The jar is tradeable, so any player can own one without hunting at all.
Opening the jar gives random loot. The average reward is worth about 2,972 coins. Possible items include steel nails, a lockpick, pure essence, bowstring, soft clay, oak planks, studded chaps, a yew shieldbow, a defence potion, garden pie, jangerberries, and more. There is also a 9 in 10 chance to get the impling jar back after looting.
The jar has other uses too. One young impling jar can be traded to Elnock Inquisitor for 3 empty impling jars. That helps players catch more implings in Puro-Puro. Two young impling jars, three baby impling jars, and one gourmet impling jar can be traded to Elnock for a vial of imp repellent.
This jar is a simple way to get useful supplies or restock on empty jars for impling hunting. It cannot be disassembled, since the impling inside is a living thing.
