Extinct Matteo is a Secret rarity Brainrot in the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot. It earns $625,000 per second, which makes it a strong money maker for any base. That is far more than the standard Matteo, which earns $50,000 per second.

Extinct Matteo comes from the limited-time Extinct Event that started on September 13, 2025. It cannot be found outside that event. During the event, one of three Extinct Brainrots spawns every two hours. The three are Extinct Ballerina, Extinct Tralalero, and Extinct Matteo. Extinct Matteo is the rarest of the three. Players who collect all three can give them to Archaeologist Sammy to spawn the ultra-rare La Extinct Grande.

Extinct Matteo looks like Matteo, but broken down. Only half of his sunglasses remain, and he wears that half like a monocle because his face is ripped in two. His chest is torn open and shows his rib cage. The skin on his left arm and right leg is gone, so only bones show there.
