Frankentteo is a Secret Halloween Brainrot in the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot. It is a Frankenstein version of Matteo. It has green skin, a stitched head, and iron nails on its face. It wears a tattered purple suit, brown pants, and a purple tie. Its idle effect makes small electric sparks near its head. The name is said like Frank En Tay Oh.

Frankentteo could only spawn on the red carpet during the Witching Hour event. This event happens every two hours in the game. It became obtainable again when the Witching Hour came back in the Halloween update. The spawn is random, so players cannot force this exact Brainrot to appear.

Frankentteo is one of four Secret Brainrots from the Witching Hour. The others are Vampira Cappucina, Zombie Tralala, and La Vacca Jacko Linterino. Players who collect all four can bring them to the Witching Hour Limited station by the shop to spawn La Spooky Grande. Only 750,000 La Spooky Grandes exist, and once they are gone, they are gone for good. That makes Frankentteo a key piece for any player chasing this rare Halloween collectible.
