Graipuss Medussi is a Secret rarity brainrot in the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot. It looks like a glowing purple jellyfish with a grape for a body. It has a face with eyes and a small smile. The design is inspired by Medusa from Greek mythology.

This brainrot earns 1,000,000 cash per second, which is the highest income in the game. It costs 250,000,000 cash in the shop. At that rate of income, it pays for its own cost in about 4 minutes. It is also required for Rebirth 18, so players who want to keep progressing need one.

Graipuss Medussi is part of the Aquatic Index. In the game, it can come from the Red Carpet, the Fishing event, or stealing. Its spawn chance is very low, under 0.1% even with max luck boosts, which makes it one of the rarest brainrots to find.
