Players first got Skull Skull Skull from the Grave Digger Event during the Halloween Event. Digging a grave gave a chance for it to spawn. When dug up, it went right onto the player's base, or onto the Red Carpet if the base was full. Later, it could be earned in the Escape Tsunami LTM, which ran from January 24, 2026 to April 4, 2026. That makes it the only non-Aquatic Index Halloween brainrot you can get outside the Halloween event.
