So, what is OSRS Twilight's Promise all about? This quest doesn't just have a storyline; it's designed to give the player a good look at the new areas and help them understand how to navigate the region. Let's not delay any further, as we're sure you're raring to get things going, so let's start by checking out the requirements!
This is an intermediate quest and short in length, but you'll still need a few things to get the party started. Fortunately, the requirements for this adventure are few; take a look:
You will also face off against a new enemy in Twilight's Promise OSRS, the level 81 foe, The Knight of Varlamore, as well as eight level 34 cultists. Now that we know what's needed, what to expect and who we'll be facing, let's jump into the quest itself.
Speak to Ennius and Fura, the Tullus twins, and they will tell you to visit the Church in the city's south end to speak with the Prince. So, make your way there; you can find it marked with two dungeon entrances on your minimap. Speak to Metzli, who will tell you that you're the savior of his counterpart. Inform him you're here to speak with the Prince and then enter the crypt. Once inside, run north and speak to the Prince. He then introduces you to Servius, Teokan of Ralos, this time stating he is his father and that someone is trying to kill him. This is unfortunate news, especially since they live in such secrecy, meaning that the culprit must be a member of the crypt.
Prince Itzla will then tell you of his speculation, as he believes that one of the Knights of Varlamore that traveled with Servius may be involved with this plot. He will then suggest that you go to speak with Ennius and Furia one more time.
Back at the Sunrise Paradise courtyard, speak with the twins once more. They will tell you of six brothers, all of whom are Knights of Varlamore. They will give you the location of the brothers, as well as a Varlamore crest, so continue with Twilight's Promise OSRS and begin the search for all six.
Find Arrun and Claudia in the Bazaar. They will agree to go back to the palace with you, but only once they have finished their work; they are hunting a thief with whom they have planted a shiny amulet. Help them by searching the pockets of all Bazaar-goers until you locate the thief, pickpocketing the thief with the teal robes. He will be the only patron dressed in this color, and you will find the amulet in his pocket. Return it to the Knights, and they will agree to return with you to the palace.
You'll find Nel in the cothon to the southwest, and he will ask you to find a crate for him. Cycle through the dialogue until he mentions the specific details about the location of the crate. Go to the northeast corner, search that crate, and return to Nel; he will then agree to return to the palace with you.
For this next one in OSRS Twilight's Promise, head just inside the Colosseum and down the northern stairs, and you will find this Knight. He will request that you take the place of his training partner, and in exchange, he will return to the palace with you also. Agree and use any two combat styles as he will pray giant, the one used when he dips to 50% health.
You can find these two in the bar in Outer Fortis, just north past the general store. Azali will require some sobering up, so take her to the fountain east of the bar, and this will trigger a cutscene. After this, return to the bar and speak with Velam; after you do so, head back to the palace.
Talk with the twins once more in Twilight's Promise OSRS and find out that the Knights stay at the Kualti headquarters that are located west of the palace. So, make your way there, climb both sets of stairs and find their resting area. You'll see a chest in the southeast corner of the room; investigate it. Within the chest, you will uncover an incriminating letter, take it back to the twins, and another cutscene will play. In it, you will see Velam try to feign ignorance and claim innocence before Ennius kills him. The twins then tell you to take the letter straight to the Prince.
Outside of the palace, you will find Regulus Cento; speak with him to be granted your own quetzal and travel to Teomat. Speak to the Prince and tell him of Velam; he will then go to the Twilight Emissaries and give them the news. These are a religious order obsessed with the end of days. After this, make your way slightly north of the library and speak with Metztli again, who will inform you that the rituals of the Emissaries were passed down by the Old Ones. As the conversation comes to a close, you will be attacked by a group of eight cultists whom you will then have to slay. They're level 34, and only one will make the initial attack; the rest will not make a move until provoked.
Once all eight are defeated, you will be shown a final cutscene that shows Teomat being attacked and Metzli making his escape, which marks the end of Twilight's Promise in OSRS!
