The Blood Kiwi is a legendary pet in Grow a Garden. It came out on May 17th as part of the Blood Moon Event. This small bird has a maroon body, an orange beak and feet, and glowing red eyes. When it sings, it makes red, orange, and yellow music notes.
The Blood Kiwi helps your eggs hatch faster. Its ability is called Crimson Cradle. It sits on the egg with the most hatch time left and sings. At base stats, it cuts about 45 seconds of hatch time every 60 seconds. It also boosts hatch speed by about 20 percent. Higher weight makes the ability stronger. That is a big step up from the normal Kiwi, which only cuts 25 seconds each minute.
This pet works best on eggs that take a long time to hatch, like the Bug Egg, Legendary Egg, and Mythical Egg. You can also use more than one Blood Kiwi at the same time to speed up many eggs at once.
The Blood Kiwi is a limited pet from the Blood Moon Shop, which only opens during rare blood moon events. It is not found in eggs.
