Description
The Huge Gift Rat is a limited Rare pet from the Christmas Harvest Event in Roblox Grow a Garden. It was added on December 6, 2025 and could be obtained from the Santa's Stash Shop. It looks like the Mochi Mouse but has green and red colors and a red bow tied on its back.
This pet has a passive trait called Gift Wrap. It sometimes turns Apple fruits into a random Gift cosmetic. There are six variants to collect: Christmas Gift Large, Long, Medium, Small, Tall, and Tube. The trait only works on Apples, and the gifts are cosmetics, not crop upgrades or currency boosts.
The Gift Rat has a hunger value of 6,000. This is a moderate level, so it does not need constant feeding and can stay active for long play sessions. It does not raise money, growth speed, or yield, so it fits collectors more than farmers.
It is the third rat pet in the game, after the Rat Connoisseur and the Pumpkin Rat. Players use it to collect all six gift cosmetics, decorate Christmas-themed gardens, or run it in the background while farming Apples.
