Description
The Panda is a Legendary pet in Grow a Garden. It was added on May 3, 2025, in the Animal Update to celebrate 1 million active players. It could only be claimed in the first hour of the update, so it is a rare pet. It was the first pet in the game that did not come from an egg, and it was also the first bear.
The Panda is a white bear with black stripes. It has a black tail, black feet, black ears, and black circles around its eyes. It sits down every 20 seconds or so.
The Panda earns money for you. About every 3 minutes, it finds a Bamboo plant in your garden, eats it, and sells it for about 1.5 times its normal value. You keep the money from the sale. The Panda can spot mutations, so it will not sell mutated Bamboo at the normal Bamboo price. If there is no Bamboo in your garden, the Panda just walks around.
The Panda has 20,000 hunger. It gives 0 when sold, like the Cooked Owl and Bald Eagle. Its ability works like the Bunny's, since it eats a crop and gives you money.
