Description

The Rainbow Chinchilla is a Divine-tier pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It first appeared during the Chubby Chipmunk Event on October 4, 2025. It is a blocky rodent with gray fur, a lighter gray belly, whiskers, and a black nose and eyes.

Its ability is called Dust Bath. The Chinchilla goes to another pet, rolls around in dust, and makes that pet use its own ability three or more times in a row. This makes it great for boosting strong pets like the Dragonfly, Kitsune, Raccoon, and Disco Bee. Players pair it with mutator pets to add more mutations to top crops such as Bone Blossom and Crimson Thorn.

The Chinchilla cannot be refreshed or copied by other pets. Its ability does not work on pets that cannot be refreshed, like the French Fry Ferret, Green Bean, and Red Panda. Its cooldown also does not go up as it ages.

This pet is very rare. It drops from the Nutty Chest and Exotic Nutty Chest at a 1% chance, and from the Rainbow Sack at a 7% chance. It is no longer obtainable in the game, which makes it a prized pet to own.
