The Spotted Deer is a Rare pet in Grow a Garden on Roblox. It came out in the Animal Update on May 3, 2025. It hatches from the Rare Egg with a 25% chance, which makes it the second most likely pet from that egg. It has 2,500 hunger.

This pet looks like the normal Deer but with a lighter brown coat and white spots on its head and back. It has a white tummy, beige antlers, black eyes and nose, and brown hooves. Hatched Spotted Deer tend to be large in size.

The Spotted Deer has a helpful passive ability. It gives a small chance for berry fruit to stay on the plant after you harvest it. This works on berry crops like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. It does not work on other crop types. You need berry plants in your garden to use this ability.

This pet is a good pick for players who grow lots of berries. Extra harvests mean more fruit and more Sheckles over time. It is based on the real life Spotted Deer, also called the Chital.
