The Adamant full helm (t) is a helmet in Old School RuneScape. It is a trimmed version of the adamant full helm and comes as a reward from medium Treasure Trails. It has the same stats as a normal adamant full helm, so the trim is all about looks. Players wear it to stand out while keeping solid mid-level defence.
You need level 30 Defence to wear this helm. It cannot be made with the Smithing skill, which makes it a rarer find than the plain version. It drops from a medium reward casket at a rate of 1 in 1,133.
The helm gives +19 stab defence, +21 slash defence, +16 crush defence, and +19 ranged defence. It has -1 magic defence. Its attack bonuses are -6 to magic and -3 to ranged. It weighs 3.175 kg.
The helm is part of the adamant trimmed armour set. It can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room in a player-owned house. On the Grand Exchange, it has a buy limit of 8 every 4 hours.
