The Adamant full helm is a full face helmet in Old School RuneScape. It is made from adamant metal. You need at least level 30 Defence to wear it. It is stronger than a mithril full helm but weaker than a rune full helm.
This helm gives solid defence for its level. It has a Stab defence of +19, a Slash defence of +21, a Crush defence of +16, and a Ranged defence of +19. It lowers your Magic attack by 6 and your Ranged attack by 3, so it works best for melee combat.
Players with level 77 Smithing can make this helm using 2 adamantite bars. This gives 125 Smithing experience. The helm can also be turned into adamant heraldic helms. It can be used to build an adamantite armour display at level 28 Construction, along with an adamant platebody, an adamant plateskirt, and 2 oak planks.
The Adamant full helm is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It is free to use for all players, not just members. It drops from many monsters, such as green dragons, blue dragons, basilisks, cave horrors, and turoth. It can also come from reward caskets.
