The Adamant platebody (h4) is a chest armor piece in Old School RuneScape. It is a platebody with a heraldic design on the front. Players get it as a reward from medium Treasure Trails. It cannot be made with the Smithing skill.

You need 30 Defence to wear it. It has the same stat bonuses as a normal adamant platebody. It gives +65 stab defence, +63 slash defence, +55 crush defence, and +63 ranged defence. It also gives -6 magic defence. Its attack bonuses are -30 to magic and -15 to ranged, so it works best for melee fights. The item weighs 11.339 kg.

This is a free-to-play item, so all players can use it. It is equipable, tradeable, and noteable, but it does not stack. You can also store it in the treasure chest of a costume room. Just open the interface for the medium clue tier first, or use the item on the opened chest.
