This item is made by Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless. He sews a blue pirate bandana and a right eye patch together for 500 coins. You must finish the Cabin Fever quest to make it. Patchy can also take it apart for 600 coins. He says the higher price is due to wear and tear on his scissors. The item can also drop from Zombie pirates on Harmony Island and from Sorebones.

The blue bandana eyepatch is members only, tradeable, and equipable. It gives no combat bonuses, so it is a style item, not a fighting item.

Clue hunters have a real use for it. It is worn for an Elite Treasure Trail step, where you do the Headbang emote outside the Fight Arena Bar. It can also count for clue scrolls that ask for a bandana. If you want a pirate look or need it for clues, this is the item to grab.
