This is a members-only item that goes in the head slot. You cannot wear a helmet or other headgear at the same time. It gives no attack or defence bonuses, so it is a pure cosmetic item for players who want a pirate look.

The right eye patch is tradeable and can be stored as a note. It weighs almost nothing at 0.006 kg.

Players who have finished the Cabin Fever quest can bring this eye patch to Patchy. For 500 coins, he will sew it together with other pirate gear. It can be joined with a pirate bandana, a pirate's hat, a big pirate hat, or a left eye patch to make combined headgear.

This item also has quest uses. The rowdy dwarf may ask for it during the Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf quest. It can be stored in the mahogany treasure chest of a costume room at master tier.
