Description
The brown bandana eyepatch is a piece of pirate headwear in Old School RuneScape. It combines a brown pirate bandana and a right eye patch into one item. This lets you show off both pirate looks while using just one head slot.
To make it, take a brown pirate bandana and a right eye patch to Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless. He will sew them together for 500 coins. He can also take them apart for 600 coins. Patchy says the higher price is due to wear and tear on his scissors. You must finish the Cabin Fever quest to create this item.
The brown bandana eyepatch is members only. It is equipable, tradeable, and noteable. It goes in the head slot and gives no combat bonuses, so it is a cosmetic item.
This item is also useful for Treasure Trails. An Elite clue asks you to do the Headbang emote outside the Fight Arena Bar while wearing it. Any of the four bandana eyepatches can also count for a clue scroll that calls for a bandana. Its examine text says it well: Essential pirate wear.
