The Bandos full helm is a rune full helm decorated in the colors of Bandos. It has the same stats as a normal rune full helm, plus a Prayer bonus of +1. The helm stands out with a brown plume on top. You need 40 Defence to wear it, and it cannot be made with the Smithing skill.
This helm is part of the Bandos rune armour set. The set includes the full helm, platebody, platelegs or plateskirt, and kiteshield. Each piece is a decorative version of its rune armour match. If you wear any piece from this set, followers of Bandos will not attack you when you enter the God Wars Dungeon. That makes it a handy item for players who visit that area.
