Description

Bandos platelegs are rune platelegs in the colours of Bandos, the god of war in Old School RuneScape. They have the same stats as normal rune platelegs plus a +1 Prayer bonus. The legs have a brown ornamental trim that sets them apart from the plain rune version. You need 40 Defence to wear them, and they cannot be made with the Smithing skill.

These platelegs come from hard Treasure Trails, so they are a rare clue scroll reward. They give strong defence, with +51 Stab, +49 Slash, +47 Crush, and +49 Ranged defence bonuses. Like most heavy armour, they lower Magic and Ranged attack, with -21 Magic and -11 Ranged attack bonuses.

Bandos platelegs have a useful perk in the God Wars Dungeon. When you wear them, followers of Bandos will not attack you. This makes travel through that part of the dungeon much safer.

The item can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room as part of the Bandos rune armour set. It is a great pick for players who want rune-level defence, a Prayer bonus, and a sharp look all in one piece of gear.
