Description

The Black dart is a ranged throwing weapon in Old School RuneScape. You need level 10 Ranged to use it. It is a members-only item that is tradeable, stackable, and weighs nothing, so you can carry thousands without slowing down.

Black darts are rare. They cannot be made with the Fletching skill. They only drop from Burthorpe soldiers, which makes them hard to find in the game. Buying them is a fast way to get a stack.

These darts have a Ranged Strength bonus of +6. They are a one-handed weapon, so you can hold a shield or god book at the same time for extra protection. You can also poison them with Weapon poison to make poisoned versions.

Black darts attack very fast. The Rapid style throws a dart every 1.2 seconds. The Accurate style gives extra Ranged experience, and the Longrange style adds two tiles to your attack range and trains Defence.

The Black dart was released on 9 August 2004. It has a Grand Exchange buy limit of 7,000 every 4 hours, so a stack here saves time for rare item collectors and Ranged training alike.
