Description

Weapon poison(++) is the strongest weapon poison in Old School RuneScape. It is also called super weapon poison. Players use it to add extra poison damage to their weapons in combat.

When applied, the poison deals 6 damage with melee attacks or 4 damage with ranged attacks. It hits every 18 seconds. Melee attacks have a 25% chance to poison a target, and ranged attacks have a 12.5% chance. The hit must land for the poison to apply. If the poison is not reapplied, it deals 1 less damage every 5 hits until it wears off. A melee weapon can deal a total of 105 poison damage, while a ranged weapon deals up to 34.

One vial can poison 5 arrows, bolts, javelins, darts, or throwing knives. The poison can be removed from a weapon with a cleaning cloth.

Making this potion takes level 82 Herblore. It is made by mixing cave nightshade or nightshade with poison ivy berries in a vial of coconut milk, which gives 190 Herblore experience. The item is tradeable and noteable, but it cannot be equipped or stacked. It weighs 0.035 kg.
